Will Taking My Teeth Impressions Be Difficult?

Not at all! Your impressions are the foundation of a well-fitting appliance, so it’s important to follow the instructions carefully. Inside your kit, you’ll find a step-by-step guide and a link to our instructional video. The process is simple and typically takes no more than 15 minutes.

What Happens After I Place an Order?

Once your order is placed on our website, you’ll see a confirmation page with your order number. Your order is securely transmitted to Impress Dental Lab, and if there are any issues, one of our team members will contact you by phone or email.

We process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Depending on your selected shipping method, your impression kit should arrive within 2–5 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your shipment is in transit—be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

What If My Appliance Feels Uncomfortable?

If your new appliance doesn’t feel quite right, don’t worry—we offer free adjustments within our 30-day warranty. Contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.

Like breaking in a new pair of shoes, dental appliances may take a little time to get used to. We recommend easing into full-time wear gradually. If you experience pain or discomfort, stop using the appliance and contact us immediately.

We also suggest visiting a local dentist for minor adjustments if needed. In the meantime, here are a few tips:

*Eat soft foods
*Remove the appliance while sleeping
*Clean daily
*Gradually increase wear time
*Use over-the-counter denture relief cream or gel

When Will My Appliance Arrive?

Once we receive your impressions, your custom appliance will be delivered in approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Because each device is made to order, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

We use USPS and UPS for standard shipping, with delivery typically taking 2–5 days. USPS Priority is also available for an additional fee. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your appliance ships.

Am I a Good Candidate for an Impress Dental Lab Appliance?

Do you have at least 6 existing teeth on the arch you’re treating? ✅

Do you have healthy gums and stable teeth? ✅

Have you had any recent extractions or gum surgery in the past month? ❌

*Have serious breathing, respiratory, or other health concerns

Stop use immediately if you:

*Develop sores, irritation, or bleeding
*Experience pain, gagging, or breathing issues
*Notice changes in your bite lasting more than 10 minutes after removal
